Employee assistance programme

Our employee assistance programme (EAP) is provided as part of our cash plan benefit and gives you instant access to expert information and advice on a wide range of issues through a 24-hour telephone confidential advice service.

As part of this benefit, you are also entitled to up to 8 face to face counselling sessions, should you need them.

You will automatically be enrolled into this benefit when you join dxw.
